I truly have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, I really like the doctor and how knowledgeable he is and the care he gives his patients. But on the other hand, the staff is pretty rude and every time I make an appointment I am waiting at least an hour in the waiting room passed my appointment time. I feel that my time is just as important as any of the staffs time, and it’s disappointing when I have a set time for an appointment and am left hanging. Then, to receive an attitude from the staff when I tell them I can’t be sitting there for hours? Doesn’t seem very fair to me. I feel that the walk-in patients are given a higher priority than people who make appointments, which seems completely backwards to me. Yet they have signs that say that you will be charged a late fee if you are late to your appointment? Again, doesn’t seem fair. I am continuously let down by the staff. They do not return calls, I have been given attitude and hung up on, and good luck trying to get a refill. Overall, it’s pretty disappointing. I think the doctor is fantastic, but it feels like he has way too many patients to handle. His caring nature is what keeps me going to him, but honesty if the staff continues to let me down, I will be looking elsewhere for care for my family and I.

Worst staff ever and the doctor no better. The doctor and his staff play games with people health stay away from this place. Worst place ever been.

Dr. Esra Sidiqi is a wonderful caring physician, but his office staff is absolute useless. Being put on hold for up to 45 minutes is unacceptable. Messages left on their voice mail never get returned. For days at a time, the voicemail is full, and one cannot even leave a message. Refill requests by my pharmacy get ignored. I finally had to change my healthcare provider.

Horrible. No one knows what they are doing. Rude. Will tell you anything just to get you to leave or hang up. Places you on hold for 30 minutes+, then disconnects. Again and again. Big turn around in staff.

My bran new Doctor! So far sooooooo good! The doctor is really nice the place is cozy and the staff is like one big happy family. Everyone is upbeat and gets along well with each other. I'll keep updating this review.
