The ride was pleasant, hence the two stars. They made an honest mistake of overcharging me by 1000% of my taxi fare because I used a credit card to pay. My wife called them. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and never apologized for the mistake. They did eventually refund us the money but the dispatcher could use a few lessons in customer service, as she is the face and voice of Birmingham Taxi.
