i called this company for a mini van cab , only because i have a handicap brother that is in a wheelchair , we got a trip to the mall and a trip back , and first off the driver was extremely over the age limit to even be a cab driver he was about in his late 50/s , then he had a gps on and stil had asked us where to go , and when he dropped us off he was so close to the curve we couldnt get my brotherout of the car so he asked my mom that is 54 o remind you , if he wanted her ti move away from the curb to get him out and she said yes , he was supposed to move forward instead he went in reverse so fast that my mom had my brothers wheelchair and he almost RAN HER OVER!!!! and she twisted her anckle and now my brothers wheelchair is not working right.. hmm what does that tell you? THAT YOU NEED NEW DRIVERS THAT CAN SEE! if anything gets worse with her anckle i will be brining you a hospitial bill that YOUR COMPANY WILL PAY FOR!

DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE..... I WAS IN TOWN FOR A CONCERT ON AUGUST 15, 2015 AND RESERVED A CAB TO TAKE US TO DTE. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE A $20 DEPOSIT BECUASE THEY WERE SO BUSY DO TO THE CONCERT. AFTER THE CAB WAS 45 MINUTES LATE I CALLED THEM AND ASKED IF THEY KNEW WERE THE CAB WAS. THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW BUSY THEY WERE AND I SHOULD UNDERSTAND WHY THE CAB IS LATE. I  ASKED THEM WHY I MADE A RESERVATION THEN. THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION FOR ME.  I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO CANCLE THE RESERVATION, THEY SAID OK. ABOUT A WEEK LATER I WAS LOOKING AT MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND SAW A CHARGE FROM THEM. I CALLED AND ASKED THEM WAS THE CHARGE WAS FOR AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FOR A "NO SHOW". I TOLD THAT I CANCLED THE CAB AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTIES AFTER OUR RESERVATION. THEY STILL DIDNT CARE AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY WERE 45 MINUTES LATE AND I DIDN’T WANT TO WAIT ANY LONGER.
MY ADVICE IS THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO A CONCERT AND STAYING IN ONE OF THE LOCAL HOTELS AROUND DTE…..ASK FOR THE “HOOPS BUS” ….ITS 20 DOLLARS PERSON AND ALL THE BEER YOU CAN DRINK AND THEY DROP YOU OFF AT THE FRONT OF DTE AND PICK YOU UP FROM THE FRONT.

HORRIBLE!!!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL! THEIR CAB DRIVER WENT IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THE AIRPORT AND WE ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT. DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE!!!
