Birrieria Chalio

Oh where do I begin. I been been more disappointed in this place in my life it used to be good years ago but ever since they changed staff it got so disgusting. We had lunch yesterday and we all got sick we had shrimp in all our plate and the shrimp were literally black and rotten. My cousin was brave enough to eat them all and she was vomiting as soon as we got home. Now we’re all sick. Please if you dine in this place check the quality of the food before you eat it. We’re definitely not going back.

Food was good. They have homemade corn tortillas. They are big and tasty. The micheladas here were absolutely delicious! My mom and sister really enjoyed them. The service was good too. I recommend this place.

If I could leave a negative five I would. I have enjoyed chalio for years and years so have my children. This location is the second time you have come in large gap. There is no way this is the same place.. some places I will take rude service if the food is good. When you think franchise you think GOLD standards. Right a family owned restaurants have recipes that are followed for generations. How can you get it so wrong .. let alone the first time I came here to this Birrieria they didn't have any. How it's literally in your name. I ordered tacos de cabeza that time too Wich again seemed like I was begging for food in the back and tortilla was falling apart, the waitress Wich acted like I offended her grandmother asked what did you want me to do. Fix the problem be a problem silver not a childish angry bird , the Chile Verde how if wasn't even tart didn't taste like anything looked like water with a splash of old water , the taco when she brought it back chipped like should have the cook made sure I heard him banging away. Brought back a hard tortilla back when th a side and extra side of attitude, this place leaves a lot to desire their horrible ways to not having things like soda to fountain drinks. Maybe this place wouldn't be empty or only have regulars if the service or food was good. I'm sure you have plenty of one timers. FYI I've ordered for pickup to avoid the service and when git here they said they only had enough for one taco... Place is trash shows the management lack of care. The main location should shut this place down in brings down their name

I'm sorry but the excellent service that they used to have is gone. The waitress was not attentive. Usually I'm not that picky with anything but this was beyond that. I"m very disappointed because I used to love this place.

I went to Birreria Chalio with high hopes because I had heard that it was good but to my surprise, unfortunately it was only ok. The Berria had no flavor and although I added lemon and some of their salsa, it barely help making it taste better. The service was good and I wish I could give them a better rating but unfortunately the Birria was just average. Parking: They have plenty of Free Parking

Been a while that I haven't been here. Birria en su caldo is good. Service is good, the only thing that I don't like is that now they changed from fountain soda to bottled soda and they charge $4 dollars for it...Food: 5/5

The BEST BIRRIA PRICY BUT GOOD ,ask for birria taco it's better, when you can't spend they are feeling, the hand made tortillas are huge, I buy some and make my huge homemade jalapeño,, spinach quesadilla with my spicy. chile de arbol refried beans on the side.Food: 5/5

I actually enjoyed having my food outside sry to say but inside does have a funky 80s smell. The food is good tho little more expensive than what ever is around but the giant hand made tortillas makes up for that.

Their caldo de res was old af. And flavorless. Deffinitely not worth it. The birria is tasty. But way too overpriced.
