Customer service is very poor. The guy that generally serves or picks up the phone is very rude. I called to place my order order. I simply asked the guy for the portion sizes, just trying to figure out how many plates to order. The guy was so irritated by my question and said, "I do not know" with disgust. Who ever takes phone order or the server should learn good customer skills. Sustaining a business means appealing to your customers to always come back. Customer 101.

We had a comfortable table for our group and enjoyed our experience. It started with a great description of the menu; he mentioned what was spicy to those that were sensitive. There were vegetarian options as well as gluten free. All meals were fresh, homemade and very well prepared. You can taste the authenticity in every dish. Very classy, clean and home atmosphere.

My daughter and I dined there today. What a lovely place! Food was fabulous! Excellent blend of spicing and flavors. I had Efo Rico (spinach veggie soup) which was outstanding. My daughter had African Honey Beans with plantain and goat which was divine. We both had it spicy, but it can be prepared less spicy. Service was spectacular! Can't wait to return.

This place used to be a nice place to go, and I thought the owner was nice. But on one particular night, I came there at 8 pm and the doors were closed. The posted closing time was 9 pm. The owner also refused to answer the phone, as I was hoping to at least get take out. The owner saw many people outside the restaurant and ignored everyone. It took me an hour to come to the restaurant from my house. I felt like this was very bad service, and I don't plan on going back.

Bisi's restaurant is the best among the best. It has no equal, the food is as good as the environment. The service is second to non. I will be there again and again and again.
