Very friendly company! I worked with Rhonda in the office initially just to discuss a few issues I was having (between our A/C and my home warranty). The negative reviews worried me a bit, But I work with warranties a lot and understand specifications/ limitations businesses like these have. Billy, our technician, was so fast and so efficient. He diagnosed the problem, part ordered and installed within 1 business day. I am highly impressed and am glad I gave Bissett Plumbing a chance. They are awesome. Thank you Rhonda and Billy!

Sadly, I feel giving this company even a 1 star is more than what they deserve.  The office woman is lazy and clueless.  She actually told me they didn't respond to a request made by a home warranty for days because the form was missing some of the information.  So instead of proactively calling off the information that was provided she simply ignored it.  I had to follow up with her to finally put it on the list to have them set an appointment.  Once we finally got an appointment set,  the plumber never showed.  When I called to find out why they missed their appointment she said she would call the plumber and get back to us.  We, of course, never heard back.  If you like to play games, call Bissett.  If you want the work done in a timely manner by people who care, call someone else!

Assigned by First American Home Warranty. Plumber came out and said we had a crack in a pipe and he needed approval first to repair. Called for 2+ weeks after and he never put in the report so I️ complained to the warranty company. Finally he put in a falsified report causing my claim to get denied. Urged FAHW to send a new plumber from another company for a second opinion.. they came out and fixed the leak in the same day. This guy is a scam trying to get money from you instead of the warranty company and he is lazy. If your warranty company assigns them I️ suggest you call and beg them for a different contractor and don’t let them in your house!

I've used them many times.  Jay has come out and told me what to do to fix the problem and not charged me.  He is the only person the understands the Carrier Infinity system.  Yes, they are slow and the woman answering the phone lacks bedside manners, but I would use them anytime.

this company is awful they came to our house to check your ac 2 weeks ago never called us back and after calling and leaving messages and hung up on by rhonda several time when i called from a different number had to be rude to her as she is to customers than i got answer on how they dont have a clue whats going on with the ac this place is horrible do not us them at all
