Title: A Delightful Culinary Experience at Alma Bistro Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Alma Bistro, and it was a truly delightful experience that left me eager to return. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the exceptional quality of the food. From the best Tuna tostada I've ever savored to delicious Brussel sprouts, a mouth-watering burger, and exquisite ceviche, each dish was a testament to the chef's remarkable culinary skills. The empanadas and birria tacos, enjoyed by a fellow diner, were also praised for their deliciousness, underscoring the kitchen's consistent excellence. The owner's presence added a special touch to our experience, as she attentively oversaw the restaurant, ensuring everything ran smoothly. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction was palpable and contributed to the warm atmosphere of Alma Bistro. While our waitress seemed to be managing the entire dining area on her own, which is commendable, her demeanor was somewhat less welcoming than expected. Despite this minor setback, it was clear she was doing her best under the circumstances, and it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience. Alma Bistro has proven its worth not just on this visit but in previous experiences as well. Having dined here shortly after its opening, I was impressed to find that the quality of the food has remained exceptional. It's evident that Alma Bistro is dedicated to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction. I look forward to my next visit and am hopeful for an even more pleasant dining experience with the addition of more trained and enthusiastic waitstaff. Alma Bistro is a gem that continues to shine, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience. 4 stars.

We came for a birthday celebration and were not disappointed. Our server was very attentive, friendly and great. The drinks were good and we really enjoyed our meals. Everything was freshly made "in house." The highlight of our dinner were the empanadas and the yucca fries. Best yucca fries by far, crisp to perfection! My steak chimichurri was on point. All the sauces were yummy! We'll definitely be back again.

Best way to spend a Friday evening! Amazing happy hour, with great food and excellent customer service. The bar tender was so attentive with all of our orders and the head chef came out to greet us during our meal! Definitely coming back here the next time I'm in Connecticut and it was worth the drive!

We learned Alma Bistro was the newest spot in Norwalk for Latin food, so we had to come make a visit! It’s so beautiful inside - we had visited the former business in this space and were really impressed with the remodel that Alma Bistro has done. The cocktails were gorgeous, and the food was all delicious! Really flavorful guacamole, and one of our favorite dishes was the tuna tostada, which we were also told is a customer favorite. I really loved their churros too! Friendly staff, especially the bartender. This spot is definitely worth checking out, and they offer brunch too!

I’ve stopped by Alma a handful of times in the last few months and have never had a bad experience. My first meal was the Pollo Chacha-cha and it’s a great deal for the amount of food provided. The chicken was tender and flavorful. As a starter I had the roasted butternut squash, which was incredible as well. My next visit I stopped in for a quick drink before a show at the Wall Street Theater just a few doors down and had a beef empanada as a snack. The presentation was amazing and I’ll definitely be ordering empanadas again. The most recent time I decided to go off the beaten path RE: a Latin Bistro and ordered the burger. I was so pleasantly surprised, the burger was amazing, not obnoxiously big or messy which seems to be the style today. The yucca fries accompanying the burger were incredible. Can’t wait to go back!

Alma Bistro is the BEST! Everything food, service, atmosphere is of the highest quality — consistently. They are a gift to Norwalk. I particularly recommend the Birria tacos, empanadas, chips and guacamole, maduros plantains, and coconut flan — all exceptional.Food: 5/5

Great atmosphere and food is beautiful and absolutely delicious! We ordered the fried artichokes, fish tacos and steak and Brussels sprouts salad. Highly recommended!!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our evening at Alma Bistro. Upon arrival and throughout our dinner, our waiter was incredibly attentive and kind. For drinks, we ordered a pitcher of the red sangria, which was wonderful! We ordered several things off the menu all delicious to try different things, but the chicken was our absolute favorite and I highly recommend it! For dessert we had the tres leches, also amazing! We absolutely see this restaurant becoming increasingly more popular as time goes and it’s absolutely worth a try if you are from the area! We are from NY and we will be back!
