It'd be cool if they'd return our (completely fried) computer even remotely on time. It was supposed to be ready last Friday (we declined their offer to recover the hard drive since that much I can do myself) and it's still not ready as of this Thursday. They literally have nothing to work on. Did they lose the thing?? I'll update the review if even one satisfactory thing comes of this.

Matt is a very helpful guy that is willing to help you anyway he can. I went in with a broken laptop and left with some things to try before he attempted a repair that could've been avoided. Very friendly and fair business.
