I always have a positive experience at Randalls.  He communicates better than any mechanic I've ever worked with.   The efficiency in which his team diagnoses issues is impressive.   He understands priorities and customer expectations extremely well.   I will return when needed.   Great Service!  Great Value for your money

Randall's Auto Haus simply put is just great.  I discovered him about a year ago and have had my BMW in his shop twice for known issues and they have been nothing short of great.  They are very accommodating, communicate well, and their pricing is far and away better than the dealership.  I live in Appleton and will continue to drive to Menasha to work with them when I have anything more than a minor issue.
