Biwako is a hidden gem in Saline! My boyfriend has lived here his entire life and we just tried it a few weeks ago. We went back every Sunday! It's a great little place with a variety of sushi! Generally they serve complimentary miso soup and a salad, but once we got free edamame! It was a great treat before our meal. The sushi is always delicious, quick, and tastes so fresh. This is definitely our favorite sushi place in the area.

Wouldn't have thought I'd get decent sushi near me but here it is! Also great Korean dishes as well. Not much seating, but I prefer the cozy space.

I use to go to this Sushi restaurant all the time when it first opened. I suggested it to many of my friends. The quality was great prices high but for what I got then was worth it once in a while. Recently I have gone there 2 times in the last year. I got sick both times. I have had a ton of sushi all over. The tuna here is nasty. Save your money and visit another restaurant. Many choices in the area and so far all better than here. Sad because in use to love this restaurant. I've had better sushi from the grocery store.

Great sushi. I come here all the time and then this most recent time apparently my friend and I didn't tip enough and one of the servers yelled at the door at us. Not very polite if you ask me. 
Overall decent food though.
To owner: 
She had short brown/black hair. 
My friend and I ordered sushi and also a chicken and goyza.
