Our mission is to create new cyclists and to coach and support existing and mature cyclists and racers by providing quality bicycles and cutting edge products from road bikes to mountain bikes to family bikes to cruisers in an honest, fair, friendly, and courteous buying and training environment that exceeds our customers' expectations. To ensure the sale of comfortable appropriate bicycles and accessories to men, women and children of all ages, understanding we are all kids at heart who love riding our bicycles. I purchased a bike from Bixby Bicycles at the end of December this past year (2017).  I did not get a chance to ride the bike until a few weeks ago due to weather and time constraints (it is now March 2018).  After riding the bike only one time I was not happy with the fit because the bar was too high for my comfort and I was afraid if I came off the bike too fast I could possibly hurt myself on the bar.  I called Bixby Bicycles now three months after purchase of the bike and asked if anything could be done about this and they were so awesome.  They exchanged the bike for another that had a much better fit and were amazingly kind about the whole thing.  They have excellent customer service!!!

Bixby Bicycle Shop does good work. I have an electric tricycle that I use for recreation and for going to the store twice a week for groceries. I've had the trike 9 years. Last week the rear axle broke and the right rear wheel fell off. The Bixby Bicycle Shop people found the correct replacement part and got me back on the road in good time, about a week. Thanks guys, good work.

You can be a pro or the weekend warrior.  Everyone is always welcome. 
Great shop, great people and my home away from home.  Buster is very helpful and dedicated to seeing that his people are always taken care of.  Best shop bicycle shop in Tulsa.  SHOP LOCAL!!

This shop is great for so many things. I was in the market for a new bike last spring and visited there , found a used bike that worked great for me and for my budget. Since then I have joined their group rides and other activities.  Buster and his crew go above and beyond, they take service after the sale to another level.
