Twisted a wheel on Turkey Mountain last year (a little late in posting). Tom's installed new rims and got me back on the trail fast. Great service, friendly staff and competitive prices.

Tom's Bicycles is awesome! I don't know who Tom is, but he hires wonderful people. I took a bike I did not purchase there and had a flat fixed (it was brand new and rear tire was flat grrr!). They were so nice and complimentary of the bike and fixed it in no time. I really appreciated the great experience I had there and will go back for ANY bike parts/accessories/services I need. They're the only shop open on Sundays in Tulsa (that I know) and it's genius. They were so busy when we went in but made me feel like they cared about my bike. Thank you, Tom's!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So kind and helpful! I have a cheap Fuji bike that I bought for casual riding. The front brakes made a horrendous sound while braking. I took it to Midtown Bicycles, and they basically told me nothing could be done without even looking at the brakes or riding it to hear the sound. I felt like they weren't interested in helping because I didn't have a $4,000 bicycle. After trying to fix the problem myself and making it even worse, I looked up other bicycle shops and decided to try Tom's based on good reviews. I'm do glad I did! The service man who helped me tried several things, and the solution ended up being a $5 brake pad. Everyone there was honest, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended, and I'll head straight there if I have any other bicycle issues.
