Totally misspelled name on mother's day flower arrangement delivery even after it was spelled out slowly and when called to let them know woman was extremely rude and unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere.

Horrible service. They got an order wrong and refused to take responsibility. There are more deserving florists in Lufkin. Next time I will take my money elsewhere.

definitely need to go out of business. Tried calling 10 times and they refuse to answer. i know they can’t be that busy.
