Hours stated on door and internet as  5 am to 10 pm but close earlier. Was sitting right out front. At 9:30 pm doors locked with my stuff still in side.
Dirty. Nobody around to help when machines rip you off.

Multiple machines always broken, including $$$ machine for washer/dryer use.
 And you gotta love homeless guy with shoes off, phone blaring,(watching youtube?!).
In fact, must have stayed overnight as he was inside today before doors opened.
Shame, as this is great spot, daytime attendant is terrific.

I would like to see this place get better. It's so convenient with a card system, Dunkin Donuts is in the same shopping center, and there's a convenience store if you needed something. My problem is that, lately especially, they appear to be have a great deal of maintenance issues. So you never know if the large washers or dryers are going to be working when you show up. Also, I've been coming here for six years, maybe seven years now and they have not EVER had hot water in the bathroom. I don't know what that's about. Also, no paper towels in the bathroom--you have to get them from the laundry area...

Theres way too many machines that are always out of order.  Ppl are always fighting over the bigger machines. Ppl like to put their stuff in machines and then leave for hours making it so other ppl can't wash their stuff
