I only go here for convenience. The machine wash well and the small dryers are free. But I've been noticing that the tables DIRTY and tops of the washing machines are very dusty! I always make sure I wipes them down with Clorox wipes before I put my clean clothes on them. I also always wipes down the carts too. They are suppose to usually wipe everything down the night before but I guess that's too much of a hassle. But after today's visit I was sick! I noticed a dead roach on the floor! YES! A DEAD roach was on the floor! I thought my eyes were not seeing clearly but they were. They don't even serve food so how do they have this issue? I told the attendant so hopefully she at least clean up that issue.

They have a promo online for free 10 lb wash n fold, no proviso's no fine print.  Get there and am told you have to do additional wash n fold to get that deal!! It DOES NOT say that anywhere!  I am doing other laundry myself here, so I am spending more money but apparently that's not good enough!!!  Had I known I would have gone to the other laundromat in Malden! SO Annoyed. Shady!
