This place has great food and drinks. It also has a good rewards program and a preferred wait-list for those in the program. My only issue with this place is the service is usually pretty slow. We are always sitting at our table for like 15 min before someone comes to take our drink order. This happens almost every visit so I feel like they just don't have enough servers. It's not bad enough to make me stop going there just something of note. Other than the slow service everything else is great.

I went with my family today and it wasn't very enjoyable. The server was relatively nice, but it took forever for our food to come out - like 35 minutes. My deep dish pizza was very disappointing. I could have gotten the same quality from Dominos for half the time and a third of the price! Everything at this place is way overpriced, too. A medium pizza for $25? Um, how about no. My parents said their burgers were good, but they messed up my fathers order and didn't take off the pickles or mayo. They laud themselves for their special root beer, but to me it tasted flat and had a medicinal after taste. I won't be coming here again of my own volition.

Very diversified menu with many helpful options. Great variety of microbrewery options. Enjoyed the lentel soup and tasty lunch sized spaghetti and meatballs. Other members in my party enjoyed their meals. Good service by wait staff team, but some of our requests got lost in communication between staff members.

Went here a week ago for my friends 21st birthday! The goal was good food and broadening our beer horizons, BJ's definitely exceeded my expectations! The food was great with so many delicious options! Especially dessert save the room! The array of beers was pretty nice with lots of variety. The flights were great because you could choose whichever ones you wish all at the same flat rate of 6.95! We visited on a Friday night when the Pens were playing and the wait wasnt bad at all. Our server Megan B was amazing and helped us through the long menu of food and most importantly the different brews!

This place has a really great, extensive menu. They do a lot, and they do it all well. You will find something you are in the mood for on that menu unless you are downright against eating.
    The only thing keeping it from 5 starts were some basic service issues, such as not bringing silverware and napkins until after the food was there, and not asking about ketchup for fries.
