This restaurant known for its burgers because they know how to make them. Each time we go to Red Robin we try a different burger. You cannot go wrong with any choice on the menu. The staff is helpful and friendly. They suggest and provide very good details of the selections, describing each entree. Drinks and french fries are bottomless refills. Restaurant was very clean. Tables were clean. A nice bar area and many drink selections.

It's red robin. Standard red robin. Little busier than normal for extended popular times. Fri/sat nights. Wait times are never too long and food is almost always OP at this particular location. Wait staff here is friendly and at the top of their game. One of the best locations for this chain in the area.

This is a good place to go for a burger. They have endless options/combinations. You can substitute a beef patty for grilled chicken or a veggie patty. We had the pretzel bites with beer cheese for an appetizer. They were yummy and there were plenty to share. Plus, who doesn't love endless steak fries?

Food was horrible , Burger was burned to a Crisp ...Chicken was rubbery an inedible, fries were hideous. I wouldn't give this swill to my dog. South Hills Village location had horrible parking and this is our second bad experience there , the first time they got our order wrong.

Service is great - attentive but not intrusive. Atmosphere is very family friendly, kind of loud, plenty of things to look ar, and one of those electronic order/game consoles on the table. The food is delicious and plentiful, but slightly expensive - definitely NOT a McDonald's meal! We enjoyed our visit; I will definitely go again!
