I've never had problems getting an appointment or medication. The wait is always minimal and she always seems like she genuinely cares.

I had a terrible new patient experience with Dr. Fortado-Clark. I showed up for my first appointment 15 minutes early and was turned away because they doctor already moved on to the next patient and I should have been there 30 minutes early. They were completely inflexible. I've never heard of a doctor moving on to the next patient because you weren't early enough!! Will not be going back.

Honestly, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Doctor Clark can be difficult to work with when it comes to scheudling appointments, calling in medications and communication.
I''d suggest if you're a family looking for a family phsyican, keep looking.

This doctor only sees a patient if they are on their death bed. I went to her for her to prescribe me my Lyrica for neuropathy in my feet but she said i would need a pain specialist for this. Why? If I can't count on my primary care to do anything then I don't need a primary care. She doesn't care about her patients.

Horrible - She will not diagnose anything without first running you through a marathon of blood work and specialist.
