It was absolutely fabulous. It felt the heavens had opened up in my mouth. Every flavor burst with life. Our waiter though I can't remember her name gave outstanding service. You would not be able to miss her, nice tall amazon of a woman. I suggest everyone have a taste of BKW. It will change your life.

Went here on a brunch date and I really liked it. We were in a bit of a rush because my date had to catch a football match on tv but it worked out well because service was really  fast and very nice. We did make a reservation but it wasn't packed for brunch (which I was pleasantly surprised). I had the pastrami grill cheese as a recommendation by my date who had been there before. I really loved it and it's very filling. I also had a hurricane mimosa which was also very tasty. Will def. go back and try other things on the menu.

Im new to the neighborhood and was told to check this place out. Hands down the best hospitality and customer service I have received in Brooklyn so far. Bartender and MOD were friendly and very helpful. They recommended all of their favorite restaurants in the city/ neighborhood and let me taste a few wines on the menu. The wine was really great and not overly pretentious. The wine to go is a huge plus and they let you taste it before you buy it. Highly Recommend. They gained a new regular!

Can I just say, I wish I can keep BKW a secret for a little longer?

I have not been for dinner but brunch at BKW is on fleek x 20 and we'll start with the beautiful, non Brooklyn like decor they have going on. 

When you sit down, you feel like it's summer with beautiful plants overhead and an awesome skylight just giving you such amazing natural light. 

The service is on point, the wait staff is always at eye view and ready, willing and friendly. 

So we've been here a few times and before I get to the good stuff I just want to say I'm super sad they took the steak and eggs off their brunch menu and I honestly have a hard time understand places that don't have non dairy milk. I mean it's Brooklyn, why is it so hard to have almond, soy or coconut milk on your menu. So yeah those are my complains, if anyone at management is reading this please put non dairy milk on your menu! I'll be your best friend. 

Ok now to everything I love about the menu. The eggs, the fall hash, the fruits, the EBLT, the pastrami grilled cheese, the pancakes!! Basically the entire menu. If I were to recommend an item it would be EVERYTHING! Literally. 

I can't wait to come check out the dinner menu. If brunch is this awesome I can't imagine dinner would disappoint. 

Now that I stopped keeping it a secret, I definitely recommend you check out the brunch menu stat. You'll be coming back for more.

Try the brussel sprouts and the olive oil cake with rosemary ice cream. Oh and don't forget the "Blood of My Enemies" cocktail. Unique flavors that I would have never thought of.
