I requested a taxi to pick me up from work and the taxi never came. I waited 25 minutes then called to check the status of my taxi and they told me it would be to me in 5 to 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and called back they said we are still waiting for someone to pick up your order. What! No one ever showed up even after an hour and a half.

Waiting for a cab now over 36 minutes the black and white yellow cabs are horrible atrocious customer service the cab drivers pretend to not have change so they can get more money from you  have used this f##### cab service for many years wont be using anymore

I called for a cab.  No one seemed to understand this concept. As 2 cabs took the first people they saw and told me to glue a kite.
