Said they will be there in 10 to 15 minutes and they pull up 35 minutes later it made me late for work. I would have use my Uber app but I only have cash on me this is why I do not use cabs they say one thing and it’s another.

My horrible experience so I take cabs every single day normally I would use Yellow cab but I was in the Downtown area of Newport News and those cabs do not pick up from that location. So my boyfriend called me a cab I needed a ride home from a friends house. When the cab arrived I got in and he had a mean tone and told me I have to pay up front which threw me off, I have lived in 4 different states and taken cabs in every state never has anyone asked to pay up front when you don't even know what the amount for the fare will come up to. Being that I normally use Yellow cab which excepts cards, he told me no I needed cash and I then told him there's a 7'eleven right by my house that we can stop by before we get there it's literally right next door. He then told me no and told me to Get Out . My heart dropped I was in the Downtown Area of Newport News about 11:30 PM by myself my phone was dead and he told me to get out I am a female I'm 20 years old and about 136 lbs anything could've happened to me and he did not care. He somewhat had a change of heart and took me to the nearest store when I finally got home I cried and I cried . Realizing that ppl are more worried about $15 dollars than your life.

I've used this service 2 times for medical transport and the driver was on time to pick me up and didn't have to wait at all to be brought back.  The drivers are super friendly too.  Thanks for good service.

FYI it looks bad on your company when your drivers and driving dangerously passing traffic already moving at 75 mph , swerving in and out of traffic, and tailgating so close I can’t even see headlights in my mirrors. Not viewed as a safe cab service with actions such as this.
