We had a great time and they were really accommodating.  We were a large group of 6 adults and 6 kids ( including two babies) they were busy but got us seated quickly.

 we had waited at a restaurant next door for an hour with no sign of a chef showing up. So we gave up,  left and came to Black Bear, they saw the kids were starving and brought out free fruit platters to tied the kids over until the food arrived. They also brought a bunch of stuff over to entertain them which was nice.

They brought the food out in a timely manner and we had great food and even better service.  We were really greatful for what they did for the kids.

Manager tonight was so rude, did not even acknowledge we had walked in. She just kept ringing people up, just a Hello and I will be with you would have went a long way. We were the only couple waiting to be seated, so NO excuses there. Food was pretty good. Our waitress, I believe her name was Marion or Mary Ann completely made up for it she saw we were treated terribly and gave us exceptional service so we left her a huge tip. Thank heavens for our waitress or we were about to walk out.

Cute cozy fun place with great food reasonably priced. Sells Bears!!! They do Happy Birthday song and dessert if you ask them.

Had a bad experience at another Black Bear and decided to give this one a shot. The staff was terrific and the food was great! Wonderful visit, great place for the whole family.

This place is awesome, the food was great especially the Ruben. Shannon our waitress is the highlight of this joint. Come and eat here every day, it sure is worth it. Bizillion thumbs up👍👍👍
