I love the employees at this location. 4/26/22 update, they've had a lot of staff changes and surprisingly they consistently have great staff. That's hard to do in today's service climate.

The cashier with long blonde hair was so friendly & courteous. She helped me make a decision on my drink & pastry since it was my first time visiting.  Only complaint was that I didn’t enjoy my drink - I believe it was called a caramel white mocha latte. Buy my boyfriends caramel blended beverage was delish.

I definitely prefer BR over their competitors. They're really friendly but not in an annoying - I'm paid to stand by the window and talk to you for no reason - kind of way. Their coffee is great and I think their prices are set perfectly.Food: 5/5

Coffee is disgusting. Ordered an iced white mocha, tasted like drip coffee diluted with milk 1 star because barista was friendly and quick.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.  Not super easy to get in and out of, but it's great having one in our neighborhood.  Had the Chai Tea Chiller, should have added another shot for more flavor .

The latte was undrinkable… it was like water with cream and a little bit of bad coffee taste… where has black rock gone? Used to be our go to spot

Great service and wonderful coffee. Highly recommend the caramel blondie!  Vegetarian options: Alternative milks

What was good: Service: direct, friendly, smart, helpful, and accommodating.  Coffee: Good! Some interesting options and fun flavor combinations. I appreciated the break from the ordinary.  If you have problems with dairy: Their almond milk actually tastes good.

Clean place with such a professional staff. There service was fast and amazing.Food: 4/5

Maddy, Evan,Brittney we're amazing to help me get my coffee and get exactly what I needed at a very fast busy black Rock. They went above and beyond after I got treated pretty bad at the other locations. Thank you so much this is the coffee place to go! The best one in VANCOUVER By FAR!! I hope they get a big promotion and all become managers so they teach the other stores  how to run the black rocks correctly! You guys are amazing! Thank you very satisfying. This is how customer service should be always!
