Service: direct, friendly, smart, helpful, and accommodating. 

Coffee: 
Good! Some interesting options and fun flavor combinations. I appreciated the break from the ordinary.

If you have problems with dairy:
Their almond milk actually tastes good.

Like the blended Caramel Blondie and the hot chocolate is delicious ( I sometimes add raspberry to the hot chocolate which is good too)

Good coffee but they take forever! I can be waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for 4 cars. Wish they would do something to speed up the service. Maybe less small talk?
