This company is by far the best moving company ever. Their customer service is excellent. Their moving crew take care of your stuff and your property. They are fast but taking care of every detail. We felt respected and all our belongings were delivered and located in their spot at our new home. They pack and unpack in your new location. Nothing lost, nothing broke. Totally worth the price!!! I won't use any other mover company from now on!!

Gabriel and his crew were awesome. Prompt, efficient, polite, true professionals. These guys worked for 9 strait hours in 100 degree heat and moved our entire household without a nick or scratch to either the walls or our furniture. I highly recommend Black Tie Moving Service. Additionally we received a confirmation call the day before the move. A heads-up call 30 minutes prior to their arrival and a follow-up call the evening of the move. In a nutshell it was the best moving experience my wife and I ever encountered. Thank you Black Tie.

Just wanted to give 5 big stars to my moving crew from Black Tie moving. They moved the big stuff from a 2 story house from south Frisco to north Frisco in one short day. It was 100° and the guys never slowed down. Chance, Gage, Epeli and Adrian were all very accommodating, polite, and in good moods all day. They asked how we wanted things done throughout the move and did everything to meet our needs. My family has moved quite a few times and this crew was top notch by comparison especially for the price. Highly professional customer service at the home office too by Jon and Holley. Oh yeah, and did I mention that nothing, and I mean nothing, was broken or scratched. Great job.

Great crew that really worked well together. On time & made it easy to ask questions & give suggestions on where things go, which gets moved first, etc. Very courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Only negative is that I felt rushed at the end of the day to approve everything. Later I found a few chips in a couple of wood furniture pieces, and one reassembled piece not done as correctly as I would have liked. So give it a little extra time to go through everything before you OK it. The issues that I had found before they left they quickly and completely resolved. I would use them again.

Absolutely AMAZING job!!! I would recommend these movers to anyone. They were the most efficient movers I've ever had.  All the guys were super nice and extremely helpful! I will never use another moving company after today Black Tie Movers are the only company I will ever use. Ishmael, Marcos R., & Gabriel R. were phenomenal and all deserve raises. Hands down the best! Worth every penny.
