I've used Apple Moving twice before with no problems. This finally time I was scheduled for an appointment between 2-4. I got a phone call saying the movers were running late and would be at my apartment after 5pm. I waited and waited. I finally called the office before 6pm and was unable to get anyone to answer or even left a voicemail. The line kept hanging up on me. I had my sister call as well getting the same results. I started emailing asking about an ETA for movers. I got nothing and finally gave up at 7pm after 5 hours of waiting. I just got an email the next day saying sorry they couldn't help me. 

I am updating my review to add recent interactions with this company. 

After posting reviews about the awful experience with Apple Moving, the owner called me and apologize for what happen to me. He said his company has never had a no show in the 4 years that he owned the company. He offered to compensated me for my negative experience as soon as he returned to the office, along with offering to help with my next move. I waited for a week before calling about a status of check. The owner told me he wrote the check on the 1st and went out the previous day. After waiting another week and not receiving anything, I followed up again with a phone call. I’m still waiting for a return phone call almost a week later. 

I hope that anyone who decides to deal with Apple Moving will have better experience than me.

Apple moving DFW came highly recommended from a friend, and I am so glad we used them for our in-state but out-of-town move. The movers were very professional, nice, and even had good senses of humor despite how awful moving usually is. They packed the kitchen and nothing was damaged. They drove ten hours in one day to accomplish a single-day move for us. In short, Apple Moving DFW did a complicated move with the utmost care and at a great price. There is true value in going with Apple moving dfw!

We Booked our move with Apple Moving and the guys were there all day with our house being so big and not one time did they complain. They kept on moving took care of our furniture very professionally. The movers were very professional. I recommend apple moving!

The fact is they simply needed to move a refrigerator 2 miles without damaging it. Guess what they couldn't do it! 1000 dollars worth of damage and they tried to settle claim with 180 and then wanted to stand behind the statement it was in the contract. Simply put they moved fridge before signing contract but they don't tell you that until afterwards. If there is damage on anything they .60cents per pound regardless of what it is and the DOT mediation is a joke don't waste your time. Never use the joke of a company.

Apple Moving is our favorite! This is now our 5th move with them and we would certainly go back for a 6th. Ronnie, Izzy and Joseph were super quick, careful and attentive. 5 stars always for Apple Moving!
