Great pizza reasonable price, great staff and clean place

Polite, quick, accurate, and tasty. I order pizza from here at least once a month and have always had a good experience. The lack of 1 star is because sometimes the pizza is center loaded and too much sauce (sometimes, but not often). Although, my spouse likes extra sauce and is always pleased to see a side cup of marinara. And only 4 stars because the hours of operation are unclear and sometimes I call and receive no answer - even to say, sorry we just closed at 15 after midnight or even an automated response would be sufficient. Also, the hours Google has listed is different than the actual hours listed on the website, which always throws me off. I'm sure they can correct it, if they read this post ;) I work in the hospitality and customer service field and know how it goes. This is the first place I suggest to guests at the hotel I work at, and highly suggest it to them. I have had remarks from the guest the following day saying that it was a great choice. I actually suggest this place a few times a night -for each shift that I work that is. For late night delivery this is the place to go. Cheese stuffed crust is best in town and way way WAY better than that Pizza Hut chain's stuffed crust. Great deals too!

Quick, delicious, inexpensive, and the drivers are always really friendly. Chicken bacon ranch is my favorite flavor! I love that the gluten free option is also delicious, and they prepare it carefully.

Delivery and timeliness 5 stars, pizza and bread sticks 5 stars, but my boneless buffalo chicken had the buffalo sauce on the side???

Amazing cheese bread, reasonable calzones/pizza, good prices, awful customer service... If you want an amazing pizza and want to actually receive what you order, call Howard's Pizza and forget about Blackjack! I have been a loyal customer of Blackjack for many years now, but this place has really gone downhill and it is a real shame. I almost always order the same thing, and they NEVER get it right anymore. I end up having to call and complain about them messing up my order almost every time. The last 4 orders I have placed have been completely wrong. The last order I placed, I used the "free" cheese bread coupon that I received the last time they screwed up my order and they still charged me $2 for the cheese bread. How do you screw up an order, give your customer a coupon for "free" cheese bread with their next purchase, and then charge them $2 when they use that "free" coupon! Not only that, but they messed up my "free" cheese bread AGAIN and they messed up my calzone as well. Then, when I called to complain that they messed up my entire order, not just part of my order, the whole order, the ridiculously unhelpful employee I talked to on the phone actually argued with me about my order. He claimed that that I had ordered a calzone with pepperoni, sausage, and olives when I had actually ordered a calzone with pepperoni, bacon, and olives. The sticker on my box even said that I had ordered a calzone with pepperoni, bacon, and olives. But this incredibly rude employee continued to argue with me and said that there was nothing he could do and that I should call the next day to talk to the owner.
