I was given a quote that entailed a flat-fee first hour set up followed by an hourly fee thereafter only to find out that the quote was supposed to say the hourly fee thereafter was PER PLUMMER and the set up fee (logical enough for possibly running a line through a clogged up drain pipe) was in addition to a $120 CAMERA fee!). Hidden costs, bait and switch, of which there is a common New River Valley -Roanoke practice of getting told that the 'main office will be you' which the customer asks upon completion of the job.  They clocked 5 hours on the job and I clocked 3 hours and 10 minutes. The message that I would arrive at 9:15 versus 9:00 never reached the workers. Uneven and inconsistent, and the owner took days to get back to me regarding the dispute.

I am  been a happy client of BBP&H since its inception 1968.  I have an extremely complex hydronic heating system powered by a hi-efficiency boiler that also supplies hot water and heat for a hot tub.  Many upgrades have been required of the years all of which have been masterfully  implemented by the talented folks at BBP&H.  

Then there has been 50 years of electrical work, household plumbing, hot tub plumbing, etc. all of which have been handled expertly.

This company was great to work with. They came out the same day and they were done within an hour. And on top of that they were very affordable! Much better value than other plumbers we've used in the past!
