This is a smaller farm and fleet that I have been using for years. It is smaller so maybe not as extensive as some of the larger locations but I have always been satisfied with the availability of product here - pretty good amount of choices. I have never received wet shavings from this store. Many of you who buy shavings for animals understand what that means, they are kept in a dry location  :) not outside in the weather. Helpful staff. Its all good.

The girl who helped us had no clue what to do but she took the initiative and found out.  She asked great follow-up questions to make sure she understood what to do and that we got everything we needed.

We were traveling from Wisconsin Dells to home in Indiana when our battery light came on. As we drove further we started to lose auxiliary functions of our van. I figured the alternator was going out. We pulled over in Loves Park IL and someone pointed over the field and recommended this store. We barely made it there on the battery we had left. Sure enough it was the alternator, it died just a few minutes after pulling in the parking lot and before they could pull it into the garage. They replaced the alternator and had us back on the road only losing an hour 17 minutes on our destination time. The guys were very helpful, respectful, and honest at the garage. Josh is who helped us but I'd like to think they are all this helpful. You guys were excellent.

Super helpful staff. Cool stuff. Specialized you can get the same or very similar things a little cheaper somewhere else, but there's no way any big box "Mart" could even come close such a large inventory of toys for adults. Stop reading and just go already.
