Visited late at night and the personnel that were on duty were surprisingly knowledgeable  and friendly.  They were able to get several items from the back part of the store that they were out of on the shelves. Also I really didnt have to wait very long for them to accomplish this task.

We were traveling from out of town. Stopped at both this Walmart and it's gas station to buy necessities for our trip.  All the employees we encountered were extremely rude and unwilling to give us change for our cash and demanded we use our credit/debit card.  The cashier at the gas station actually said, "I'm not here to be helpful, I'm here to take your money."  The two employees encountered inside the Walmart, one at the checkout and one at customer service, told us we were only trying to pay with cash to get change for the tolls and told us to find our own change elsewhere.   Very rude to make this assumption and refuse service and change for goods and gas.  Avoid this location!

I enjoy the good employees but can't seem to find the products because either the people that allocate products can't get it together and shelves stand empty or the home office has decided to cancel the product. This store is in a different regional area that services Huntley and what we want doesn't matter. Frustrating, to say the least! I have had to take business elsewhere. The manager tries hard to help but if out of touch regional doesn't like it we suffer!

I was first told what could be done could not be done so I had to make two trips but when I did they took time and exhibited the patients to make calls and find a way to satisfy my needs

Always check prices, check the ads& bring them with. They do have a bigger selection, but there's a lot of walking& people! It can be overwhelming.
