Michelle was very helpful in working through some very difficult circumstances. She returned emails & calls promptly and was very good at explaining how the process worked and keeping us focused on getting to the finish line. I would definitely recommend her to others in the same situation.

3) Read below as to why you want Michelle Blair to be on your side, and not have to face them on OC (opposing counsel).

Michelle Blair, Joy E, and the entire group at Blair family law firm is the best legal team any individual could ever ask or hire for. They went above and beyond and covered concerns I would have never even thought about in the first place.

Michelle and Joy always and consistently focused on the best interests of the child (family court case), and what was the right and reasonable thing to do. 

I was very fortunate to have retained Michelle and her team. Michelle's firm demeanor, yet friendly and professional approach, along with her experience and persistence were all factors I didn't even realize mattered when I first hired them.  Michelle and her team took the initiative and always moved the case forward. Their hard work and effort got the best results. And, hey at the end of the day and after multiple delays and antics by the opposing counsel, Michelle and her team still crushed and defeated them.

Michelle and Joy ensured that we had everything ready and all bases covered; this showed the judge that our party had been reasonable from the start.

Our team went to the table with a settlement and many offers to try to solve any concerns and issues. The ex and his first set of lawyers backed out of a very reasonable offer and settlement. Guess what - Michelle went to court on my behalf.

As a whole, Michelle has a heart of gold - you can see this especially when the first and foremost concern she has, is for the children in a family case.  Understanding the well-being of the children involved really is the one best traits to have in a family lawyer.

With that said, Michelle's "pit-bull" mode along with her readiness, communication, straightforward approach intimidates any opposing party. There's a reason why many other family lawyers respect her, or if they have to face her, are pretty damn intimidated of her. Judges respect the firm and this mentality; and again, Michelle does have the best interest of the family at heart.

Michelle, Joy, and the entire firm at Blair Family Law Firm all have the moral compass, trustworthiness, responsiveness, compassionate hearts, patience, fierce readiness, badass approach of a combo you need to ensure you get the best representation in the San Diego and North County area. After almost 10 months of litigation, w/ a custody battle, my ex realized it didn't matter how many lawyers he hired and fired, Michelle and Joy took care of everything and went to bat for me.

For what it's worth, Michelle and the team had the respect of the entire law firm of BOTH sets of opposing counsel.

Each and every time I emailed or called, they made me feel like I was the most important client (in their midst of many). They give each case the time and commitment it needs and wholeheartedly deserves. They are very responsive and prompt with all communications. Always made my ex scared $hitless because we were always one step ahead, and ready for whatever the opposing would ATTEMPT to throw. :)

I'll probably always have Michelle Blair on retainer from here on out. She had my back and truly cares about families (both moms, dads, and kiddos), and I know she always will.

Michelle is a very talented and awesome lawyer.  She is very professional and has done a lot of good things for me.  She was able to get custody changed from my ex wife to me which was a very long and hard battle but she never gave up on me.  She is very reliable as well as she is a very good communicator.  In good the court room Michelle is very good and she doesn't stop and doesn't quit when striving to make a point to judges and other lawyers.  In a state where it is almost impossible for a father to take custody from the mother Michelle was able to get my kids to me and me be the primary caregiver as well as me living out of the state it was even harder for her to accomplish it, but she did.  I would recommend her to any fathers who rights have been taken away or are being violated.  Michelle thank you for the hard work that you did you have changed the life for my family espicially my son and daughter.  They now have a chance at a good life one that does not consist of drama and other issues.

This attorney will lie for you, will deceive the other attorney, and will deceive the court. Great for one person, horrible for Justice.
