I would highly recommend North County Immigration! After talking to multiple attorneys about our situation, they told us we had no hope of my husband being able to pursue a green card without having to go to an interview in Mexico. We are so thankful because thanks to Anna and her team, he was able to get DACA and we were able to successfully adjust his status through marriage in the United States! We will definitely be using Anna's services when it's time for my husband to apply for his citizenship.

Although I went to law school many years ago it was very clear to me I needed EXPERT immigration legal help, so I asked my attorney to make some referrals; someone suggested another attorney that was very quick to conclude that my wife should simply pack up and fly back to her home country since no immigration officer would let her in to the US.  My wife and I were more than dejected. So after pulling ourselves up from the floor I did my own search and found Ms Anna Hysell in Escondido and downtown San Diego. I was attracted to her by her many years at the Department of Justice refining the process of investigating marital fraud; both she and her boss literally wrote the book on this aspect of immigration law. The interview by Ms Hysell went well and my wife and I were more than surprised when Ms. Hysell said based upon her own experience prosecuting marital fraud for Immigration , she was confident that she would win my wife's case.
 
Thus began our work with Ms. Hysell’s staff who made absolutely sure that we had more than enough proof to ensure that anyone looking at our applications would conclude my wife should be granted her ‘green card’. Her staff was very helpful and always on top of our case. They were in constant communication with us throughout the process.
 
And that was the case Ms. Hysell accompanied us to the hearing officer’s interview and after a very nervous time the hearing officer announced that our application had been approved. I gave the hearing officer a big hug.

$100 for a consultation on air. Wasn't able to tell me anything I haven't heard before. Also when I scheduled my appointment and came to their office it was closed. I always put my appointments on my calendar so I am sure there was no mistake on my behalf. Just my experience

Worst experience with immigration lawyer EVER! my husband went in only to see if they could schedule the interviews in Juarez for a green card that was already pre approved  for the first part, meaning all past occurrences had been covered. She charged 100 dollars for half hour consultation. Just to say she could not do anything  at all for us, that he could not even help him apply for  his sentry card because of my visa revocation! Clearly she had not even understood why we were seeking counsel. I think this is a rip off. 100 dollars just to say this was a case were there  was nothing she could do for us? Why did she take our money then!
