As usual Blair Heating & Air was on time, John Seton the perfect rep for the firm, or as we used to say in England,  the “Perfect Gentleman”!    Another of bi annual servicing for two AC units - one of which Blair installed. Still running like a good dream. See ya again in early November. Thank you John and Blair Heating & Air !

Josh came out for a tune up. He was a very nice guy. I felt he was very honest about my air conditioner and I appreciate that. I would recommend the company to everyone and if I need anything done I will call and ask for josh again.

Had a new 5 ton Lennox rooftop furnace and A/C unit installed, with the latest iComfort thermostat, and could not be more satisfied. Saved considerable electricity costs last summer and the variable speed fan keeps the house at a perfect temperature without even noticing the fan is on. 
Worth every penny.
