We have a service contract with Desert Air to provide A/C & evaporator cooler service for our tenant. Whenever I have had to phone the office I am greeted with a friendly & prompt response. They have the ability to access our account immediately & detail what has been done recently. If service is needed, they respond promptly & report back to us with the nature of the problem. If a return visit is necessary it is handled with the same concern. We are pleased with their service & the friendliness of the staff..

We had repeated problems with a mini split air conditioner in the casita of a home we recently purchased.  It turned out Desert Air had installed the original equipment at this address and the repair was covered by the warranty from Desert Air.  All parts were covered and we paid for the labor.  Each of the three repair servicemen who came to the property were polite and professional.
