Blake Rickels has been a wonderful realtor to work with. Trying to find a home with limited time and also not being from the area can be a little harder transition. However, Blake made it so much easier. He graciously made time for us and always found excellent houses for us to view. He knows and does his job well. He takes the time to answer our questions thoroughly. We appreciate all he has done for us and would highly recommend him to our friends.

Blake was awesome!   Beginning with an immediate response to our initial inquiry, Blake listened to our opinions and concerns, was honest with his feedback, offered timely advice and is just an all around good guy.  He markets the home using modern methods known to drive traffic (social media) and modern technology to assist with the process (phone app to track showings and inspections, etc).  We sold with Blake in 5 days!   Let me say that again.  5 days.  FIVE.

Blake was great to work with. I contacted him while the house was having updates done, before I was even ready to sell.  He was very patient as the renovations took much longer than originally expected.  As soon as the house was ready we received an offer within 24 hours of being on the market for 99% of our asking price.  I would definitely recommend Blake.  He didn't try to have me update every little thing in the house that other realtors said were necessary.  He was knowledgeable on the area and competition and gave me an accurate listing price.  Most importantly he is always accessible for any questions you have.  I couldn't be any happier with the way things went.

Blake is great, we purchased our first home and he was there every step of the way. We always knew what to look out for next, the process was so easy using him. He definitely knows his houses and locations, he puts his clients before himself and for that I cant thank you enough! Joe at MIG is amazing also, I'd recommend you both to anyone!

Blake is the best! He hung in there for the long haul. After showing us every house in Knoxville, he found us the perfect fit. I would recommend Blake to everyone I know. Amazing experience!!
