What happens when you combine a musician, an engineer, a mom, and a Realtor? No, this isn’t a joke with a cheesy punch line, this is the story of Dawn’s journey. Dawn is a Realtor with an analytical perspective and a penchant for compassion. Having been a Realtor in the Knoxville area for 10 years she brings experience in negotiating deals on houses, condos, and PUD’s; in Knoxville, Maryville, Oak Ridge, and Lenoir City. She is a million-dollar producer focused on a positive client experience; whether buying or selling, she keeps the flow of information open. Past clients have commended her on her unfailing support and commitment to satisfying their needs. Dawn has a degree in engineering from the University of Mississippi, this allows her a unique perspective on prospective properties and home inspections. She uses her familiarity with ‘linear thinking’ to aid in smooth sailing for all parties involved, and can relate to even the most discriminating personalities. Dawn recently completed the Real Estate Negotiation Expert training to give her an added edge for representing clients through the home buying process. As a professional, she realizes the home buying process is one of a client’s biggest decisions. Having also stood in their shoes many times, she has sensitivity to their needs and handles each one with respect. She is your advocate for getting the best deal, and making the sales process a breeze. Away from Coldwell Banker, Dawn and her husband have three beautiful daughters. She is also an avid pianist and lover of the arts.
