The shift manger Ricardo was heating tortillas up he pulled his pants up and never changed his gloves. Per blakes policies and per the food card handlers any employee touching clothes or any parts of there bodies they should wash their hands and change gloves. This really needs to be corrected.

Ordered a bowl of chili w/onions a lg fry and lg drink at 9:14 did not receive my order until 9:35. A few customers that ordered after me got their orders first. So i asked the girl "Cristal" that took my order, "how much longer will it be" and she looked dumb founded at me and said it would be a few mins. They hadn't even put the fries down to cook, hadn't even made the bowl of chile. No apologies offered. I used to work at Blake's and it was the worst service ever. I was going to talk to the team leader or asst manager but she didn't look interested in anything that was going on.

It is the best Blake's in NM. The Blake's in ABQ are not as clean and the food is better in Belen.
