Ok clean most
of the time and sometimes slow but all in all ok. Could be a little cleaner in the whole place

Went today ordered over a$100.00 dollars worth of food.  The young man behind the counter didn't have a name tag on. He was rude.  The coke machine had no carbonation.  Said only a general manager could fix it, so we all had flat drinks.  Ordered 5 happy meals and the only toy they had was playing cards out of 13 despicable me 3 toys. All the children were disappointed. On and on we will not be spending any money at McDonald's in Belen.  In desperate need of more training for their employees.

Not very happy. Went to this mcdonalds real quick to get a frappe after a doctors appointment. Used a coupon and waited forever before they told us their machine was down and they "forgot". He's a manager, he's supposed to remember these things. It was really dirty inside, and they made our Caramel macchiato wrong. I work at McDonalds too, just a different one. I know what I'm talking about. He stirred the entire drink and you're only supposed to stir until the milk stops, and the espresso shots go on top and then you add caramel drizzle. Also, they ignore heir customers and don't ask us what we need. They didn't give us our mcmuffin until we practically yelled at them that we didn't get it. Almost every order in front of us came back because their order was wrong. They need to get their sh** together.
