I have been going to the clinic for about two years and have had great service. The appointments are on time. I have had to use radiology several times and the department is well staff and service is done in a timely manner. I have had to use the emergency room once for a stab wound that happened on the job and received excellent treatment. I took a co-worker to the ER that has heart issues and again great service. Pharmacy is great at the hospital but the center pharmacy is just way to busy for me so I stick with going to the hospital.

I've been here a few times and have mostly had good experiences. Nurses and Doctors have been kind and helpful 90% of the time. So convenient to have such a large hospital on post!

Our son had same day surgery and this by far is the cleanest hospital I have ever been in. Organized, efficient, and the most respectful and kind staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I had to take my daughter to the ER because she needed stitches. It was a Saturday evening and it was quite busy. I thought the staff was kind and helpful from the moment we stepped in he door. We were quickly seen by a triage nurse due to the nature of my daughter's bite. There was a bit of a wait til we were seen by a doctor but my daughter was not in urgent pain or distress compared to some other patients. The young medic attending my daughter's stitches was calm and professional. Because of the frightening situation my daughter was cold. The friendly staff came with a blanket that had been heated. The only issue I have is the hospital's signs. We are new to Fort Campbell and have been designated a primary caregiver. When we came to the hospital to have her stitches taken out we had trouble finding the the right clinic. I was utterly lost. I have nothing to complain about when it came to my daughter's care. I was however given the impression the staff is stressed out about providing their patients with a timely treatment. Time is a pressing matter for the nurses in the clinics and they repeatedly felt the need to apologize for even a small moment's wait. I found the staff friendly, approachable and professional. We were also provided a "care package" of first aid items. As parents they could relate to having active "outdoorsy" kids.

My wife and I took our 2 month old son here because some how, by pure unintentional accident, he fractured his right femer. We took him in to get it fixed. Instead the hospital sent him to Vanderbilt in Nashville as well as contacted child services. We have lost our son to the state and we are fighting to get him back. They won't even let my aunt or mother take him. We want our son home. Get the word out and don't lose your babies to these corrupt and evil money greedy pigs. 8 Sept. 2017
