I saw my provider after the birth of my 6th child.  Everyone at this clinic was WONDERFUL.  The bad reviews of this place must have been written by people with SECONDARY GAIN ISSUES...or second grade educations.  FYI, the Army doesn't employ physicians that couldn't graduate medical school---because by definition, they would not be physicians.  Additionally, the mid-level providers are so seasoned and experienced with the culture of patients seeking medical care, profiles, medications, increased VA ratings, that they can smell BS a mile away.  Sorry if you didn't get what you wanted.  But I know you got what you needed.  And for the record, BACH ER is completely competent in taking care of "emergencies"...if you waited a long time, you didn't have an emergency.

i had the worst time here today. i get strep throat often, and i went in today for an appointment with all the symptoms. they tested me and then asked if i had a fever, chills, fatigue, or belly pain, which i do not. then they tell me that they're testing me for mono when i just told then i have zero of those symptoms. i'm then told that they're prescribing me a mouth wash that is basically just like gargling salt water. the nurse was very rude to me and the doctor hardly spent 5 minutes in the room with me. this place is terrible.

My husband went there for his hernia which has been giving him some pain. The "doctor" told him to push it back in and work out his abs. His reasoning was because the "doctor" was dealing with the same issue for the past 30 years. This facility has no idea what they are doing. My husband will be getting a second opinion off base..... this establishment is terrible and I highly recommend second opinions....

Clearly these are the doctors that failed out of school. They guess diagnosis. I had a bone sticking out on my lower back and they guessed it was a pulled muscle???Incompetent beyond belief. I went to doctors and chiropractors off post. People who actually graduated school and has experience in their profession.

I went for my physical  for basketball they didn't wright me a physical paper and I ask about it taking them a month and more to right the paper now I can't make the team bc it's gonna be past due
