Drive to Blanks' ER right after another hospital sent us home saying nothing was wrong with my baby after battling the same illness for months. You could hear his breathing across the room and the prior doctor said he couldn't hear anything. The nurses at Blanks immediately heard and saw him struggling for a good breath and gave him treatment right then. This illness has finally went away and hasn't returned. I am so thankful for you guys and so disappointed in our usual hospital.

Look like all staff need to be testing how to do job right way , right way mean easier for patients not to scare this babies and they leave hospital in biger trauma and pain then they come in.

The hospital is great my daughter has cancer and I love her nurses and doctors but the reason for the one star is a guy named Chase in valet steals from your vehicle when I called to make a report his boss tried to cover it all up after she realised that Chase returned my vape case. Chase had called me earlier before his boss did and admitted he "found" my case after he parked my truck and went back and went through my vehicle he claimed he didn't know what my case looked like so why would he GO BACK and look for something he didn't know what it looked like. When I told her this she tried to blame Alex another employee who wasn't there the day it came up missing (and I'm telling Alex he needs to find a new job because his boss is trying to blame him for theft even though he WASN'T there) My case had been missing for 3 days and I had cleaned out my truck had all the nurses and doctors looking for it my fiancee drives the truck at night and he looked for it in the truck as well and didn't find it. We had 15 people looking for it and and it mysteriously showed back up after Chase left for the day. She had said it was my fault that my case came up missing because I left it in my truck. Fyi we can't vape on hospital property which is why I left it in my truck. Keep all of your valuables locked in your glovebox and the key with you!

Dr. Gutu and the staff on Blank 3 treated us wonderfully!!! Kept us informed throughout our two week stay and the nurses were great advocates for my son. We loved visiting the fifth floor with the playroom and Childlife services made our stay more bearable. Only downfall we had was that they had changed to guest meal trays to pay by card only and not cash.
