Bleubird!
Bleubird is a new restaurant opening in downtown Boise. It will offer specialty sandwiches (including grilled cheeses!), charcuterie and artisan cheeses, fresh squeezed sodas and a daily happy hour featuring an innovative beer and wine list. Bleubird is owned and operated by husband and wife team Dave Kelly and Boise native Sarah Kornfield. After a 9 year stint as a chef, caterer, and food entrepreneur in Vail Colorado, Sarah returns with her husband Dave, a 20+ year restaurant industry veteran, to show Boise their love and passion for food and entertaining.
