Service was quick during the day we went. I prefer the weekdays since they aren’t too busy. The food was decent. I ordered their voodoo chicken burger and was expecting the meal to be spicy. The menu made it look tempting with their red font color. I wish the spicy was a little more. I didn’t taste any at all. The wedge fries that came on the side was really crispy! My husband seem to enjoy his meal a lot though! Overall, I would like to try another dish when I stop by again.
I was taken there with a group of 13 after my Grandson's Boxing Win, and they did a Great job to accommodate our seating and made sure we sat together. Our Server was Awesome, she remembered all our orders and was very attentive to our needs. I had their delicious Crab cakes for an appetizer with their delicious sauce. For my main meal I had the Voodoo shrimp with the Voodoo sauce on the side and it was so good. I also had their dirty rice, really enjoyed it. Sorry no pictures because I was so hungry I ate it all so fast. The atmosphere was cool and fun. I will go back when back in town.
The Blind Tiger was a recommendation from Google on our way to Shreveport. Walking in @12pm lunch, we were immediately greeted by a hostess and seated. A look around showed some of our area needed to be dusted and some of the items cleaned. But our dining area was clean as were the utensils and glasses. Our table ordered a wide range of food as the pictures show: Red beans and rice with sweet cornbread, crab cakes, a bowl of seafood gumbo and blackened catfish. All of these meals came with high remarks and full bellies. For desert we had the cheesecake, which everyone enjoyed to the last bite. Overall it was a wonderful dining experience, which I will visit again next time I'm in the city
The service was good. The food was excellent, highly recommend the blind tiger drink. Catfish was crispy and flavorful. Wedge fries were wonderful. I was a little skeptical on the Cajun corn in the cob at first but was not disappointed with it.
It is a classic Louisiana style restaurant Positive way. The ambiance was a good vibe with very good service. We were in an out in about 1 hour total. I would highly recommend the fried shrimp and catfish. You should expect to pay around $25 per person. It is very well worth every penny if you want to experience Louisiana culture and taste.
Such a great place to eat! The wait staff was consistent, and efficient. Plus the food prices were just right, especially for the potions of food that u get. The drinks were delicious and the ambiance was a nice setup. The blind Tiger is a solid 4 'sDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
A good crab cake is hard to find, but this is “the best crab cake that I have ever had.” The crab cake received two thumbs up. The pecan crusted chicken was absolutely delicious. The honey mustard sauce that comes on it had a spice to it that brought out the Cajun side of it. The potato wedge fries were some of the best that I’ve had in a while. Note: you do have to pay for parking via the meter or from your phone so be aware of that.
Dark woods of interior add to pleasant atmosphere. Good tho a bit slow service and food with well-stocked bar. Located in Historic District of downtown Shreveport. Locally popular, with parking lot in back. Adjacent to a partially collapsed historic theater and a few homeless folks hang out just outside the building.
First time eating here and the food was delicious and fresh. We were seated, served our food, and ate in all under 1 hour. The food was came out hot and good quality! Would definitely recommend this place to visit. Had a various of options to try.
Absolutely amazing. I could not make up my mind and decided to order the Cajun sampler and it did not disappoint! It was too much food for me to finish. Great atmosphere and service too!
