Awful experience at the front desk! The treatments were good but unfortunately the front desk staff was terribly rude and their the first impression and last person you close your spa day experience with! She gave false information , automatically added excessive gratuity to my bill and tried to charge me double for treatments that were already included! Aqualina, the standard, and the viceroy were much better experiences and made me feel much more comfortable and relaxed. Unlike the W when leaving your more frustrated than when you got there !

My husband and I got separate massages here while staying at the W in Dec. The rating's the average between our experiences. Mine is a 5/5; his not even close. Jami was an excellent masseuse; I didn't linger to use their amenities but the place looked crisp and clean. On the other hand, right before beginning his massage, the therapist who worked on my husband says, "I'm wearing rubber gloves because I have cuts on my hands." He says it was the worst massage he's ever received. On top of that they automatically add an 18% service charge. He isn't one to raise issue in these situations.

Awful spa experience. Do not come here. The place wasn't clean, the massage was terrible. There is no pool, only a sauna and a shower. The therapist had an attitude. The manager was nasty. The prices were high. Many bettter options in Miami.
