The view in this place is magnificent. The rooftops in Miami are few and far in between, and the energy of this one is one of my favorites. It's not pretentious, and their craft drinks (especially the tiny bathtub) are a differentiator for them. Unfortunately, the food has been beyond bad every single time I've gone. The very least any bar can do in Miami nowadays is have a few good quality items that have a special quality. I really urge the owners to rethink this issue, because I know many of my friends won't return there because of that especially since last time everyone left early to go find food. Service was exceptional every time and that's worth mentioning.

If you want to be treated really well, this is your place to be. The manager knows how to make any experience at Bloom memorable. My friends and I had the pleasure to try the brunch menu before it was released. The omelette with potatoes was impeccable! All of the dishes were amazing.

Brandon at the bar was incredible. We stayed at the hotel it was amazing, the room was impeccable. Great ambiance overall. Would recommend! Manuel (manny) at the bar was great. Great time—at both the hotel /and/ bar were awesome!

The "Host With The Most" made the visit worthwhile. The one waitress on the rooftop terrace was largely inattentive so when we had moved from the inside bar to the rooftop after 2 rounds of drinks we, initially, felt isolated.  I might return for Happy Hour:  great cocktails & bar bites.

I came here on a whim and ended up loving it! This place is great & he bartenders are amazing! I would highly recommend going here for an upscale rooftop with a great happy hour.
