Was a great experience the service was very quick and the server Amber was so nice. Ordered the waffles and spicy honey chicken she helped exchange the food out due to the level of spiciness. And the second meal came quick as well great job!

I ate here today with my wife and daughter. The view is great and the staff were very pleasant. It was very difficult to find a waitress when I needed one, and I found that I had to do get things like ketchup from the bar myself as well as paying the bill. Its Chili's so you know exactly what the food will be. Bayside Mall does not have the best restaurants, so its better than most. On the other hand, its going to be one of the weaker Chili's you will dine at.

Very good first experience. Very good, kind and nice service from waitress Janet in Bayside Miami today. She was very very attentive, smiley and helpfull, patient. Good Job. Thank you

First time at the Biscayne location with my boyfriend recommended by him .,I had a great experience... my boyfriend as well with Nathan outside right by that water , the waiter was by himself and I think he did a great service but the company probably needs another person helping him because he was working so hard he deserves five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars
