I regularly take shoes and other leather products to this shop for repair, and the work has always been good. In addition, the shop stocks many leather products which I purchase, and they work well, too. The man who is usually there may not be effervescent, but he always answers my questions. This is a 5-star business.

Yeah it's way too expensive here, you're better off talking to someone at JoAnn's for your zipper needs. Cause I paid $20 (when in a rush) to get a single zipper pull replaced. Not worth it

Not sure what other review is about, but I got outstanding service. Had my hockey skates repaired, took the time to look them over and explain what could be done. Completed ahead of promised date as well. Very reasonable price. Small repair but it was nice that they took the time to do it right and explain. Thnx!

Holy crap it's expensive! Just to get a zipper pull replaced it's $20 ! It takes literally a max of two minutes to do, and the part costs a maximum of $5.... such a ripoff.
