This store offers awesome customer service and selections. The current store manager is awesome! Very professional and he dress like he is a walking model for men's clothing.  He is very customer service orientated, friendly, skillful and helpful in assisting with fabulous styles and  selections for men.  I can always depend on him to help me in making the best clothing selections for my meticulous husband.

The store has very affordable suits, but the male salesman are falsely knowledge and treat you as the inferior.  Scammed me for a poor alteration job and tried to talk DOWN ON ME!  Would not recommend

Very knowledgeable store manager. Needed alterations done quickly to a suit purchased online and was more than happy to help very quickly. Will be shopping here more in the future. My new favorite Jos A Bank store.

Salespeople at this store lack the very basic sales skills. Usually make you feel unwelcome and they don't show interest in your business

Rude. Told us to get up from a chair bc he wanted the employee wanted to sit down. Clearly did not want our business. Also one employee told us prices start at $129 and the Ruder one said same item starts at $199
