Dr. Buck killed my cat. He had a urinary blockage and I took him in to see what needed to be done to save him. I had no idea that would be the last time I would see my baby. I should have known not to let him work on my baby when his hands were uncontrollably shaky. I was just distressed and scared and didn't process that someone who's hands are shaking either have a nerve disorder like Parkinson's are the shakes from drinking alcohol. Either way I look back now and should have said no. He told me my cat needed surgery so I agreed. Before I even got back home I got a phone call that my cat had died. When I went to call back they informed me Dr. Buck was on his lunch break. How did my cat die so quickly? It seems like all he was concerned about was getting his lunch break. I just feel like something like this could have been easily avoided. If you can't keep your hands still you shouldn't be performing surgery. This is a job to you but to me this was my baby and I will miss him forever. ** Apparently there's a new owner here and he keeps calling my phone asking me to take this review down because it could hurt his business? I'm sorry, I don't know how to delete it. I only have an option to edit.. if dr. Buck is retired then that's a good thing. Maybe change the name of the business so people don't associate the two. I can't speak for the current owner, only dr. Buck who committed medical malpractice with my cat.

Dr. Ramirez and the team here were absolutely wonderful!! Took my cat for a check-up and to get rid of fleas and they were so helpful! Everyone is very nice and caring! Will definitely be going back!

Excellent experience with Dr Duvall, honest advice great staff and our dogs respond very well to her. Prices are also very fair we had to have our dogs tooth extracted and it was much less than we had been quoted at other vets and he healed quickly

We have been clients of Bloomingdale Animal Hospital for more than ten years. Dr. Ramirez and his staff are kind, compassionate and provide excellent veterinary care for our dogs. He always offers advice that is practical and realistic, instead of recommending expensive procedures that are not really necessary. I trust him completely. I highly recommend them. Every experience with Dr. Ramirez and his staff has shown me that they are genuinely good people with great hearts.

Had a great experience with Dr. Duvall and her team. My male dog who is usually very cautious around men just opened right up to her. He had to have a broken tooth extracted and all costs were very clearly communicated up front with what was optional, and what was not. Price was very fair and he healed up quickly. They even called the next day to check on him which was appreciated. Will continue to go to dr Duvall for all of our vet needs
