Amazing. I've never had my hair curled that beautifully before. Every day it relaxed a bit more and still looked great! Will be making this my regular salon.

I was excited to try this salon out. So white and clean. It was a very inviting space and thought it was a neat idea with the chairs they were using. 
Once I actually sat down for my appt. I was immediately not impressed anymore. The salon chairs are comfy but for me to accommodate the stylist when cutting, I had to basically be uncomfortable so she could do her job. 
Sorry (not sorry) but my stylist needs more help with washing hair. It's like the chair was in her way or she was nervous to get in there. Didn't wash underneath by my neck. 
I sure seems from your photos that your clients get nice styles IF their hair is curled after their service. I'm not a fan of curling my hair, so I asked for it straight. She "back combed" it and barely tried I feel. I mean, didn't she style her own hair for work?
I do hope the stylist and manager can use this to  help improve in areas.

First, the place is gorgeous. It reminds me of a classic movie set. This group is outgoing with great customer service. They know their products. I found out in addition to blow drying hair, they wash and cut hair, and offer extensions if you like. They apply makeup, too.Now I know.

Meh. Wanted a natural looking, loose style for a wedding but ended up with crunchy helmet head.  I looked like the grandmother of the bride, not a 30-something wedding guest. Went back to the hotel and washed/styled my own hair.

Excellent customer service! Beautiful balayage, blow out, and style. I will definitely be back!
